Camper or structure fire reported on Rocky Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to reports of a camper on fire near Rocky Road in Boulder. It was unclear whether anyone was nearby, and additional reports suggested it might involve a structure. Fire crews from Whitehall and Boulder were dispatched to the scene.
