As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are dispatched to (number withheld) Payne Street for a 62-year-old male with abdominal pain, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. The patient has a history of COPD and emphysema and is on home oxygen without relief. Multiple units including Bluefield Rescue and Fire responded.
