Juveniles broke into two cars and fled in a vehicle
Burglary Male black 21 to 22 with a black hoodie and dark-colored pants and then a male black 21 with a white hoodie and black shorts. Last thing on the corner of Elman 4th near the tire discount. They already broke into a silver sedan and a white Mazda, and I guess they just left. They were last seen at Elman 4th. There's a group of juveniles in front of the home, getting out of a vehicle and running off in between houses, then back into the vehicle. They're watching this on a ring camera.
