As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to State Highway H near Blodgett for a report of a black passenger car with Florida plates showing flashing blue lights on the rear. The caller did not believe the vehicle was an actual law enforcement car and said it was traveling on Highway H toward the south side of Blodgett.
