Intoxicated woman evaluated after being found in street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders transported a reportedly intoxicated adult woman found trying to cross a street near a hospital in Blanding, Utah. She was returned to her residence and then taken to Blue Mountain Hospital with concerns about swelling in her feet and ankles and fluctuating vital signs. Her oxygen level reportedly improved after oxygen was given during the transport.
