Dispute on sidewalk involving firearm comments

Originally came in as a male and female doing 94C's on the sidewalk, refusing to leave.

Male's supposed to be wearing gray shorts and a fake Gucci bag.

Then we got another call from (name withheld), who she was just standing here with a friend, and there's a female harassing her, accusing her of doing 94C's.

And the harassing her to do that she has an LTC and asked her she needs to go get her firearm.
