Car swerving into oncoming traffic on US-63

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a gray Chevy Malibu with hazard lights on possibly swerving into oncoming traffic along Highway 63 near the rest area by Black Rock. A deputy appears to be responding in the area near the bridge.
