Man with dog reported outside Dollar General

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a man outside a discount store in Big Clifty with a black pit bull attached to his belt. The caller was advised to stay in the vehicle while officers checked on the situation. Radio traffic later indicated the scene was reported all clear.
