Berkeley from Paramedic 981. Charles on scene, we are going to be at 85 Gray Spring, if you could update the address. Having 91 on scene from filming 85 Gray Spring has the address. Morton County, Medics, 7.5 to Winchester Medical Center. This is Winchester, Encom. Go ahead. Hey, good evening. We are inbounded your facility with about a 25-25-minute E.C.A. on board of a 70-year-old female chief complaint, fall with loss of consciousness. As to the patient's residence by her family, they heard of some point into the bathroom, sounds her unresponsive on the bathroom floor. She appears to have quite a few injuries. She has a skin tear to her entire left forearm bleeding is controlled with that. Looks like she has a puncture wound or possibly a skin pair to the part of her left shoulder bleeding is controlled. She does also have a hematoma as well as the skin pair above the left eye. Leading is controlled with that as well. Chance of other various bumps and bruises. She's complaining a significant pain in the left shoulder with crepitous notice on the back side of the shoulder. Three ID actions have been able to get currently at the 20 gauge that we have in the right AC. We had given her a total of 150 mites of fentanyl for the total duration of our time. Certainly, we do have a 20 milligram size of... ketamine hanging as well. She is alert and answering questions appropriately. However, she does not remember passing out or feeling busy prior to falling. She doesn't remember the fall. The 40 minutes that we have been with her thus far, she pretty much asked me every three to five minutes where we're going, why we're here, what happened to her, why she can't move her arm, etc. She's attempt to put a C-feller on the patient, however, based on the pain in the shoulder, she became pretty irate with us, asking us to please take it off. TAMS is intact in all extremities. People are equal and reactive at a 3. She does not take blood centers. A list of medication is pretty... Looks like a cello-pran pro-methicine. Unless you need further... Currently, she's 82 weeks on the monitor that is... 44% that is on 4-Liter Z at O2. Rest the 4 count of 14 and Title 36. The rifle pressure is 115 over 69. Not you any further, I should see you in about 25 minutes or so. It sounds like she's pretty alert and oriented right now. She's just not really cooperating with you guys. She might be able to alter, is that right? She is alert and she's able to tell us, you know, what year it is. She just has no recollection of what happens. And every humanist asks me why she's with me where we're going and why her armor. Birthly, what's in the future? Humatoma's. There's no deformities or anything, right? No, there is. crepitus noted to the back side of the left shoulder. All right, copy that. We'll see in a bit. Call us back here, something changes. Okay. Thank you.
