Person trapped in elevator shaft at Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a possible rescue situation near Main Street, where a person appeared to be trapped in an elevator shaft between upper floors and the parking garage. Multiple units operated on the third floor, fourth floor, and in the parking garage area, and crews discussed possibly breaching a wall to reach the person. Another activated fire alarm was also reported near Union Street.
