Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Belmont

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Belmont. The patient was initially conscious but later described as very out of it and not talking. The involved vehicle was reportedly still on scene while rescue units were en route.
