.Did the person reporting the eleged incident make the report while driving ? Isn't that a moving violation ? In a long car like a Lincoln those roundabouts might look as though you took the turn wide . It sounds as though the dispatch adding DUI to the report of this eleged vehicle is unfounded .Is this person's report of erratic lane travel enough probibal cause to pull a driver over for DUI ?Shouldn't the Police wait until driver is monitored or contacted by Police before making any assumptions of drivers state of intoxication ?
