Brothers fighting at Bellflower apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported fight between two adult male relatives at an apartment on McNab Avenue in Bellflower. One man was described as shirtless and the other wearing a (description withheld). Both were possibly under the influence, and it was unknown if any weapons were involved.
