Advise male has a knife, went southbound on 41st Avenue on foot. Two males, one in a red shirt, one in a black shirt, and a female. No visual at this time. Armored party, 4. I've been still obtaining further information. 41 clear[1] 22nd. 22nd. Certainly not threatening. I heard call taker asked if the male was chasing with an ISP advise, male possibly chasing with a knife. Cut you in there. All units, male is currently headed back of the car wash. Clerk. This is around 41st, (name withheld), advised one of them pulled out a baseball bat[2]. Doesn't think anyone is injured or needs rescue squad. Male is yelling to follow suspects, advise they appear to be H2H. We're clear.
