As discussed during the dispatch call, units report a car on fire on Stevens Street in Belleville, in the area of Academy and Stevens (described between Academy and Palm and closer to Hall). Separately, units are responding to an MVA on Route 21 northbound just before Exit 8 with possible entrapment, possible child occupants, and reported injuries; fire and EMS are en route.
