As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a reported single-vehicle crash into a hydrant near Point Pleasant Road in Barbour County. The vehicle apparently remained in the roadway while the occupants were reported to be out of the vehicle, and injuries were unknown.
