When the subject heard him call for an ambulance, she took off on foot. It's going to be a white male wearing a yellow shirt and red shorts and went towards Hager Street. Did you attempt to help to locate that juvenile? garage, his dogs are going crazy. He said he did state that his wife saw vehicle take off fast from that area. They couldn't provide a description. He's not seen anybody but advised his dogs normally don't bark unless somebody's out there.
