Tree blocking northbound lanes on US Highway 231

Caldwell Fire Department in the area of (number withheld) US Highway 231 South, (number withheld) US Highway 231 South.

We're needing some traffic control for a tree down in the northbound lanes.

Traffic is backing up.

State Highway Department has been notified and they are en route, but I do not know what their ETA is.
