Vehicle out of fuel at Beaumont rest area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and units discussed helping a vehicle that apparently ran out of diesel fuel at the Beaumont rest area along U.S. 400 near the Greenwood County line, including possible traffic control support.
