Bright handheld light reported on Stewart Street hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported a very bright handheld or spotlight-type light shining toward a residence window near the east end of Stewart Street in Bayard. Officers were dispatched and responded to check the area up on the nearby hill.
