Agitated man seeking drugs at executive director suite

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a report of an irate veteran near the executive director’s suite elevator at a facility on Bay Pines Boulevard. Radio traffic indicated the person appeared to be covered in blood, was possibly seeking narcotics, and had returned multiple times that day to speak with staff. Responding personnel made contact with the individual outside the elevator area.
