Person reported with hemorrhage near Spotswood Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible hemorrhage medical emergency at a location near Spotswood Trail in the Barboursville area. Medic 21, Engine Company 25, and additional units including Orange 425 and a closer unit from Greene were sent to respond.
