Unresponsive intoxicated woman in car near Bangor

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched near Randolph Street in Bangor for a possible alcohol-related medical emergency involving a 26-year-old woman found unresponsive in the back seat of a white Volkswagen. She was reported to be severely intoxicated and has diabetes but was still breathing.
