Male patient with altered mental status transported from nursing home

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical personnel transported a 62-year-old male from a nursing home near S Greene St for altered mental status. The patient appeared responsive only to stimuli and was not at baseline. He was en route to University of Maryland hospital.
