This black has a Maryland tag of 1, Frank Henry 76670. The vehicle was taken by three suspects, all armed, wearing all black clothing, and ski masks. One of them is about 5 feet 9. The other two are between 5.7 and 5.9. They pulled up in a small black Chevy sedan, and both vehicles were last seen going on the 4,800 block of Garrison Boulevard going towards Liberty Heights.
