Missing toddler found and returned to mother

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a missing two-year-old boy who had apparently left a home near Highland Drive in the Hillcrest area. Multiple units responded to search the area. The child was then reported found near another location on Hillcrest and was returned to his mother at the Highland residence.
