Abandoned trailer on shoulder cited for parking

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted an apparently abandoned trailer on the right shoulder near Campus Court in Avon Lake and issued a parking citation. Westbound traffic on a nearby street was temporarily blocked during the contact.
