Man prowling around house on San Rafael Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a possible prowler reported near a home on San Rafael Street in Avila Beach. A reporting party described a male adult in his mid-20s walking around a neighbor’s house while wearing black clothing.
