This was done during the day time😳 if so it shows how brazen criminals are being because they know that nothing is going to happen to the punk at all. I feel bad for the innocent lady who got robbed because unfortunately under the Warren, Healey and Wu regime their will be no justice and they will probably tell the lady that got robbed she did something wrong and give her a fine; and let the guy that robbed her go free 5 minutes after they book the criminal.
