79-year-old woman with UTI and medication allergies

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 79-year-old woman was reported near Thompson Street. She is conscious but not responding normally and may have a urinary tract infection with multiple medication allergies. Transfer to hospital is advised.
