Suspicious vehicle parked in fire lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious black Dodge Durango that had been parked in a fire lane for over an hour near Old Line Terrace in Ashburn. The vehicle was reportedly driven by a woman.
