Juveniles reported spray painting at storage area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a vandalism report near 14th Avenue in Kings County, involving three juveniles seen spray painting an abandoned storage area. The reporting party later said the juveniles left in an unknown direction, and a witness possibly saw one of them with a small firearm, maybe heading toward the nearby highway.
