31544, Armington Roan, going to be checking the welfare. It's going to be a transfer from Pennsylvania County 911. The complainant was wanting a welfare check at the residence. From reference to her cousin, Carol, who texts... the complaint stating she was going to kill herself, and that she did have a weapon. Female is going to be a Carol Mixol. We do have a phone number for her. She resides there with a boyfriend. And the last text was about 20 minutes ago. She drives a Chevy Suburban SUV.
