Loose bounce house creating road hazard in storm

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a storm has blown a bounce house loose near the intersection of State Route 2 and State Route 66. It is wrapped around a pole and not occupied but may move into the roadway and create a traffic hazard.
