Female found breathing but unresponsive at (number withheld) Washington St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a possible medical emergency involving a woman who was reported not breathing at a location near West Washington Street in Arcanum. Responders later reported that she was breathing but remained unresponsive.
