Child fell on trail and has difficulty breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services were dispatched to Elk Creek Campground for a possible injury involving an eight-year-old male who fell and may have injured his face and is having difficulty breathing. The caller will meet responders at the parking area about 1 to 1.5 miles from the trailhead.
