Person in hospital gown acting oddly at bus stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of a man in a hospital gown and socks mumbling to himself at a bus stop near Gallows Road and Columbia Pike. The caller reported seeing him a few minutes earlier and said he also had a hospital blanket.
