As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders and police were dispatched to the South Arm Road area in Andover for a report of a 55-year-old woman who was feeling suicidal and had threatened to slit/cut her throat. Dispatch advised she was not violent, and fire/EMS units responded with law enforcement.
