Dog trapped in rocks at waterfall on Upton Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters were dispatched to Upton Road in Andover for a service call involving a dog that apparently slipped off rocks near a waterfall and became trapped. The dog’s owner was unable to reach the animal, and fire units responded to assist with the rescue.
