Disorderly Conduct David 2, David 1, 1047 not suspicious soldier with a bat on Sapphire. David 2-200 Sapphire Lane, cross of Culpeper Lane, and Gateway Drive. The RP's resident there advising just east of this address, there's a male subject holding a baseball bat. He's closing on 415, screaming and yelling, break. He's currently on the pathway. Towards the bridge, he's a WMA wearing all-black clothing armed with an aluminum bat. NARP believes he's possibly 11-5. 1, 1047 on suspicious subject with a bat on Sapphire. 2-2-Cover-Bow 2.00, Sapphire Lane, cross-up Culpeper Lane, and Gateway Drive.
