Driver reports other motorist lacks insurance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a past traffic collision on Briarwood Drive. The reporting party apparently wanted to speak with an officer about the other driver not having insurance. The call was then redirected to a different unit handling an involved party identified by last name only.
