Reckless driver reported on Route 101A in Amherst

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a motor vehicle complaint about a blue pickup truck on Route 101A in Amherst. The male driver was reportedly cutting off other vehicles and later stopped, removed his shirt, and began barking.
