Unconscious elderly man slurs words at Richmond Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location on Richmond Road in Amelia for a reported unconscious 78-year-old man who had slurred speech and went in and out of consciousness. Another unit was requested to assist with a separate chest pain call.
