Man with possible broken hands at soccer field

As discussed during the dispatch call, a person with possible traumatic injuries at a soccer field behind Amelia County High School was reported. The individual is a 35 year old male who appears alert and breathing normally. There are possible broken hands but no bleeding at this time.
