Traffic light out at 79th and Cicero after storm

If I didn't have to travel to the south side, it would have been nice. It would have been nice. And, you know, it was no more than 20 miles I had to go. No more than 20 miles, I would say 20 miles tops. And literally it took me three hours. And there were no good ways to go. I would take you turns. I'd try left turn, right turn. It didn't matter. There were no good ways to go. The light at 79th, (name withheld), the light at 79th and Cicero was out. It was just flashes. It wasn't doing anything. The light 79th and Cicero was out. And I was coming... At that point in time, I was coming down Cicero. And I'll tell you, it was some aggravated people. Resetting?
