Person reported attempting to jump on railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to West Penn Avenue near the railroad crossing in Alburtis for a possible psychiatric emergency. A caller reported that his spouse was attempting to jump onto the tracks, but later updates indicated that she remained in the vehicle and had left the area before officers arrived.
