With all these junkies, why doesn't Albuquerque establish a care unit with one or two EMT's and a social worker some the naloxone some basic medical equipment, and the like instead of continuously transporting them via a paramedic? Every time paramedics and firefighters go out. It's thousands of dollars and could be tens of thousand dollars at the hospital.
