Neighbor’s dog kills ducks; welfare check requested

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Marks Road in Albion for a report that a neighbor’s dog had killed two ducks. The caller said animal control had advised a wellness check on the dog’s owner, who lives nearby, and reported ongoing problems with the dog being a nuisance and possibly needing to be rehomed.
