Report of overheated dog dragged on leash

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller at a salon on Main Street reported a possible animal abuse situation involving a woman dragging an apparently overheated dog on a leash along the concrete. Another woman later took custody of the dog, and the dog was cooled down inside the salon, where the situation appeared to be resolved.
