Garbage truck leaks unknown liquid on roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Albany responded to a report of a garbage truck leaking a dark liquid onto the roadway near Bunker Hill Road. The caller was concerned the substance might be hazardous, and the truck had already left the area when responders arrived.
